Hoyt Nursing & Rehab Centre is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team in Saginaw, MI. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team using the latest technology.

Starting pay is $39.40 per hour with hero pay and yearly wage increases. We offer Best in Class Benefits including tuition discounts, loan repayment, medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k with employer match.

Formación

• Must hold active RN license in Michigan (RN).
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree required or higher.
• CPR-BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, and dialysis-related tasks.
• Administer medications as prescribed and counsel patients/families on changes.
• Provide preventive and supportive care to improve physiologic and psychosocial well-being.
• Oversee CNA team, assign tasks, train staff, and participate in evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and exceptional service in interactions with patients and families.
