Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) to lead our nursing team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing setting and maintaining a safe, compassionate environment for residents.

The position requires an active Wisconsin RN license and a minimum of 3 years nursing experience in long-term care, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin (required).
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Leadership experience preferred (Nurse Supervisor or Unit Manager, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for team-building and delivering person-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise nursing staff on assigned unit.
• Oversee daily nursing operations including staffing, scheduling, and workflow.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor resident outcomes, quality measures, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
• Participate in resident and family meetings to address concerns and ensure satisfaction of care.
• Lead infection control, safety and quality improvement on assigned unit.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and training of nursing staff as needed.
