Qualificações

• RN licensure in Kentucky is required.
• 1+ year of experience as RN Unit Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience leading care teams and coordinating patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and guidance to unit staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Coordinate patient care planning, staffing, and resources.
• Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.
• Develop and deliver training programs to upskill unit staff.
• Oversee unit operations including budgeting, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
