The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in New Jersey and has prior supervisory experience in long-term care, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive quality improvement and resident safety.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in nursing management or supervisory roles, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate nursing services for residents, ensuring care plans are implemented.
• Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Monitor and evaluate quality of care, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess needs and interventions.
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure resident safety and satisfaction.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
