EPIC Healthcare is seeking a Unit Manager to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of a nursing unit in New Jersey. You will lead nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality resident care.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily nursing unit operations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Monitor resident care quality and safety protocols.
• Address care-related issues efficiently and effectively.
• Lead staff meetings and ensure policy communication.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding nursing staff.
• Coordinate with other department heads for a well-run facility.
• Engage with residents and families regarding care plans.
