Job summary

Lake Haven Nursing and Rehab Center in Dunedin, FL is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee nursing care on the unit, assess resident needs, develop care plans, and supervise CNAs and nursing staff. The role focuses on teamwork, patient comfort, and compliance with physician orders.

You will participate in meetings with therapy and nursing departments to optimize care and reimbursement, conduct daily rounds, and ensure documentation meets facility policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current state license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent nursing assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities
