Job summary

Lake Haven Nursing and Rehab Center in Dunedin, FL is seeking an RN Evening Supervisor to oversee nursing care on the assigned Unit from 3pm to 11pm. You will supervise CNAs, assess resident needs, and implement care plans in coordination with the Director of Nursing.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quality patient care, and regulatory compliance in a long-term care setting. Florida RN license and CPR are required; LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with FL, Florida state license.
• Current CPR
• Experience in Long Term Care Preferred

Responsibilities

• Attend routine therapy meetings.
• Complete admissions assessments and discharges from the unit.
• Supervise nursing personnel assigned to the Unit.
• Document services rendered for billing purposes.
• Write admission notes or evaluate admission notes and chart additional essential information.
• Identify and prioritize primary nursing problems and plan care accordingly.
• Develop care plans addressing immediate nursing problems.
• Attend weekly meetings with therapy and nursing to optimize reimbursement.
