North Campus Health and Rehabilitation Center in Leesburg, FL is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee nursing care delivery, assess resident needs, develop care plans, and supervise CNA and nursing staff. The role requires strong clinical skills, documentation, and effective communication with staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Florida license and CPR certification.
• 1–3 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of resident care and assess nurse staffing needs.
• Develop care plans, administer nursing care, and evaluate outcomes.
• Document services for billing and charting.
• Lead rounds and ensure compliance with physician orders and policies.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing to resolve staffing and grievances.
