American Senior Communities is seeking an experienced RN to serve as the Unit Manager for the Winamac long-term care unit. The role focuses on clinical leadership, staff development, and maintaining high-quality resident care in a structured environment.

The Unit Manager will supervise nursing personnel, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with the care team to promote compassionate, relationship-centered care in line with CARE values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsabilités
