The ideal candidate will hold a PA RN license, be familiar with LTC requirements, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to manage staffing and implement facility procedures.

Qualifications

• Current registered nurse license issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing to practice nursing.
• Familiarity with Federal, State, and local long term care requirements.
• Demonstrated competence in leadership, effective communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to perform functions as itemized in physical and environmental requirements of the job.
• Take appropriate action to assure adequate staffing to provide resident care.
• Supervise and assess resident care and take appropriate action.
• Implement facility procedures to provide resident care.
