Job summary

Long Term Care is seeking an RN 11-7 Supervisor to lead the nursing team on the acute and long-term care unit outside Philadelphia, PA. The role is Monday through Friday and requires strong leadership to ensure high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license for Pennsylvania, proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor staff while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership, effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Take action to ensure adequate staffing to provide resident care.
• Familiarity with federal, state and local long-term care requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on the 11-7 shift and ensure resident care quality.
• Mentor and coach staff; respond to issues on each unit.
• Oversee medication administration and IVs; coordinate admissions/discharges.
