Job summary

Arden Care Center is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead the day shift nursing operations. You will supervise a team of nursing professionals and ensure the highest standards of resident care.

This role supports a compassionate environment and collaborates with families and staff to meet daily care needs. Ideal candidates hold an RN license with at least 1 year of nurse supervisor experience and 1 year in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of Nurse Supervisor experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience working for a skilled nursing facility or a nursing home.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and manage a team of nursing professionals.
• Provide high-quality care and maintain resident safety and comfort.
• Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements.
• Maintain a compassionate environment by supporting residents and families.
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain documentation of resident care services and ensure confidentiality.
• Foster cooperative relationships among health care teams.
