Highlands Rehabiliation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor/Unit Manager in a rewarding role focused on leading a nursing team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. New incentives are available and inquiries are welcome at interview.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with PA RN or GN status.
• Current BCLS certification and PA licensure in good standing.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide registered nursing care to residents per the nursing process.
• Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepare for and assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforce care instructions to patients and families.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with the team.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Assist with unit management or act as unit charge as assigned.
• Direct, supervise, and support CNAs and nursing staff at bedside.
• Coordinate care with other health team members and departments.
