Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license for the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care setting.
• Completion of post-secondary education and ability to read, write, and follow directions.
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance.
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish this position.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
• Day-to-day supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff including coaching and disciplinary actions, evaluations, and scheduling.
