Job summary

Caldera Care in Washington state is seeking a strong Registered Nurse to lead a shift as a Nurse Supervisor for a group of residents and staff. You will provide nursing care under the guidance of the Director of Nursing, ensuring safety, timely documentation, and collaboration with the care team.

The position requires an active RN license (good standing), BLS certification, and prior supervisory experience in long-term care; you will assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and coordinate care

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Familiar with nursing regulations and standards for facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on shift, assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Coordinate resident care with MD/PA/ARNP and other departments.
• Ensure timely MAR/TAR documentation and compliance with policies.
• Manage resident safety and maintain clean, sanitary care areas.
• Handle admissions and respond to staffing changes as needed.
