Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation, a Certus Healthcare community in Berea, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join as Unit Manager. The role oversees nursing operations, medications, and care plans for residents in a skilled nursing environment.
The ideal candidate will possess an Ohio RN license, experience in long-term or behavioral health care, and strong clinical assessment skills.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Ohio.
- Experience in Long Term Care or Behavioral Health is a plus.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electronic health records such as PointClickCare is a plus.
- Wound care experience or certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
- Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Document patient progress in electronic health records.
- Complete audits and assist Director of Nursing as needed.
