Brookdale Rosehill is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit with a focus on compassionate, compliant resident care. You will supervise daily operations, collaborate with the clinical services leadership, and ensure high quality standards across the unit.

This role emphasizes interdisciplinary planning, discharge coordination, staff development, and ongoing program adherence to federal and state regulations. A strong clinical background and leadership skills are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing; CPR and First Aid certifications current.
• 1–3 years of nursing service administration experience preferred; leadership role in unit management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the identified unit.
• Assist Director of Clinical Services in managing clinical operations.
• Develop and implement care plans with interdisciplinary team; review updates.
• Conduct resident rounds; ensure safe, clean, and compliant environment.
• Participate in policy development and associate evaluations as required.
• Ensure proper handoffs, medication safety, and regulatory adherence.
