Job summary

Woodside Health & Rehab in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and deliver high-quality, resident-centered care. This full-time role runs 8a-4:30p and focuses on strong leadership and compliance with regulatory standards.

You will develop policies, oversee daily operations, build relations with residents and families, and drive continuous improvement, with a commitment to compassionate care and staff development in a supportive,

Qualifications

Valid RN license in state
5+ years of nursing experience in healthcare
At least 1 year of nurse supervisor experience
Long Term Care experience preferred
CPR/BLS certification
Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulations
Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
_basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure high-quality, outcomes-focused care
Manage daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that support patient-centered care
Build relationships with residents and families to understand and meet their care needs
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the nursing department
Measure and drive quality outcomes to meet and exceed care standards
