Job summary

LiveWell in Lancaster, PA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join as a Full-Time Unit Manager, 7:00am-3:30pm, in a facility specializing in long-term and short-term care. You will oversee nursing staff, monitor patient care, and lead clinical development to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN with extensive clinical experience in long term care.
• Prior administrative experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, diplomacy and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of operating a unit within the center, including supervising nursing staff and monitoring patient care.
• Develop and coach staff clinically; identify education needs for residents and families.
• Use the nursing process to meet clinical and psychosocial needs; document effectively.
