Job summary

The Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Ocala, FL is seeking an RN or LPN to join as Unit Manager. You will supervise nursing staff, assess resident needs, develop care plans, and ensure completion of care and documentation in accordance with physician orders.

Qualifications

• Licensed as RN or LPN in Florida.
• 1–3 years supervisory nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of resident care and assess needs.
• Develop and implement care plans for residents.
• Document services for billing and charting.
• Oversee admissions/discharges and complete notes.
• Manage staffing assignments and supervise CNAs and nursing staff.
• Monitor infection control and maintain a safe environment.
