Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current state license in Florida.
• 1–3 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current/active CPR certification required.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Effective verbal and written English communication; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident assessments at admission and discharge.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate care delivery.
• Document services for billing and charting accuracy.
• Develop and update care plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Schedule and conduct daily rounds to monitor resident status.
• Assign duties to LPNs and CNAs; ensure policy adherence.
