Ideal candidates hold ASN or higher in Nursing with an active RN/LPN license in Florida, plus 1+ years of relevant long-term or sub-acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Must have an nursing degree (ASN or higher) and current RN/LPN licensure.
• Experience in Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist DON in managing daily nursing operations.
• Act as main contact between residents and families.
• Address and prevent concerns from family members; assist with staffing through training and mentoring.
