Volare Health is seeking an experienced Unit Manager, RN, to oversee daily operations of a nursing unit and provide clinical leadership to ensure residents receive high-quality care. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Oregon.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing practices.
• Knowledge of laws and guidelines governing long-term care facilities.
• Experience in hospital, skilled nursing/long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff on the assigned unit.
• Oversee the daily clinical operations of the nursing unit.
• Support and develop the clinical skills and performance of nursing team members.
• Promote high standards of resident care, safety, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive resident outcomes.
