The role requires an ASN or PN diploma, active RN or LPN licensure in Florida, and at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in sub-acute or long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• ASN or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Active RN or LPN licensure in Florida required.
• 1+ years of nursing experience required; Sub-Acute or Long-Term Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients.
• Acting as main point of contact between residents and their families.
• Addressing and preventing concerns from family members.
