Job summary

Folkston Park Care and Rehab is seeking an RN Unit Manager to oversee nursing care and clinical operations in a facility providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. The role focuses on developing and implementing individualized care plans and supervising the nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

The successful candidate will be licensed as an RN or LPN by the Georgia State Board of Nursing, with preference given to those with geriatric or rehabilitative nursing

Qualifications

• Must be licensed by the Georgia State Board of Nursing as RN or LPN.
• Graduate of an approved school for Practical/Vocational Nursing or RN program.
• Experience preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing.

• Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and nursing care delivery.
• Delegate coordination and implementation of resident clinical services to staff.
