Bayview Healthcare Ltd. is seeking an RN Unit Manager (Registered Nurse) to supervise care delivery for residents at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Florida.

The role includes assessing needs, developing care plans, and supervising CNA’s and nursing staff to ensure quality care. Ideal candidates will hold a Florida RN license, have 1–3 years of supervisory experience, and possess CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR certification required and active.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of care to residents and assess needs.
• Develop care plans and document services for billing.
• Supervise nursing staff and assign duties.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders and policies.
• Maintain accurate charting and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to resolve staffing and care issues.
