Job summary

National HealthCare Corporation (NHC) is seeking a Unit Manager RN at NHC HealthCare Bluffton to lead patient care on the unit and partner with the interdisciplinary team. You will supervise LPNs and other nursing staff, develop individualized care plans, communicate with patients and families, and participate in decisions about patient care.

Both dayshift, part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN nursing license in South Carolina.
• We hire GNs and GPNs.

Responsibilities

• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assess patients and develop/adjust plans of care.
• Maintain open communication with patients and families to involve them in decisions.
• Supervise LPNs and other nursing staff as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
