Excelcare in New Jersey is seeking an RN Unit Manager to serve as a clinical leader who sets the tone for exemplary resident care. The role drives quality outcomes by mentoring nursing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high clinical standards on the unit.

This hands-on manager communicates changes to physicians and families, conducts daily rounds, and provides medication administration support when needed. A valid RN license and 2–3 years in long-term care are required.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• 2–3 years of long term care nursing required.
• Strong critical thinking skills and effective problem solving abilities.
• Ability to excel in a fast paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical oversight for the assigned unit.
• Ensures timely incident reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees resident care to support strong clinical outcomes.
