Position Details:

• Salaried, full-time position.
• Competitive salary between $85,000 and $96,000 annually, based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Recent management/supervisory experience within the last 3 years, preferably in a SNF/LTC setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize and connect with residents, families, and staff.
• An educator's mindset, empowering staff through knowledge.
• Leadership qualities such as professionalism, critical thinking, autonomy, and positivity.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Virginia, with at least one year of management or supervisory experience in geriatrics, knowledgeable of relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality nursing care, staffing, and adherence to policies and medical regimens.
• Develop and improve policies for resident safety and staff success.
• Collaborate with the DON to support departmental goals.
• Perform clinical nursing duties as needed and model healthcare excellence.
