Job summary

A&P Payroll Management is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to guide our clinical team, elevate care standards, and support a resident-centered environment in our Skilled Nursing Facility.

You will lead, mentor, and coordinate resident care plans, ensure high-quality clinical care and regulatory compliance, and promote teamwork.

Active RN license and prior supervisory experience are required; strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
