Job summary

Apploi is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and deliver exceptional care that enhances residents' lives. You will guide daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive patient-centered policies and procedures.

Ideal candidates will have Florida RN licensure, 5+ years of nursing experience, and at least 1 year in a nurse supervisory role, with LTC experience preferred and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in Florida is required.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting.
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor.
• Long Term Care experience is preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
