Job summary

Pomeroy Living is seeking a compassionate RN Unit Manager in Sterling Heights, MI to lead our care team with clinical expertise and heart. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop care plans to elevate resident well-being.

This role requires an active Michigan RN license, prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
