The successful candidate will oversee nursing staff, ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active Michigan RN license, has proven leadership in long-term care, strong clinical knowledge, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Michigan.
• Experience as RN Unit Manager or in a leadership role within skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Strong clinical knowledge with hands-on nursing care ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on the unit to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.

• Manage staffing schedules, performance evaluations, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities
