Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is hiring a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursing unit.

You will lead a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, develop care plans, conduct rounds, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care. Salary range is $95,000 to $100,000 annually. Monday-Friday 7am-3pm with on-call rotation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania (RN license).
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Experience in nursing management or unit supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver high-quality care.
• Develop and implement care plans with the interdisciplinary team.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our dedicated team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with our high standards. You will work closely with our nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, identify areas for improvement, and promote a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to provide high-quality patient care


• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team


• Conduct daily rounds to assess patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance to staff
