Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
• Lead infection control, safety and quality improvement on assigned unit.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and training of nursing staff as needed.

Full-Time | $15,000 Bonus | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Medical Suites at Oak Creek is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead our nursing team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin and ensure the delivery of high-quality care. This key leadership role oversees daily nursing operations within a specific unit, supports staff development, and promotes a safe and compassionate environment for our residents.

Now offering a $15,000 Bonus! -> $576 paid out on every paycheck for the first year of employment!

Unit Manager Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin (required)

• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing

• Leadership experience preferred (Nurse Supervisor or Unit Manager, etc.)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for team-building and delivering person-centered care
