Yardley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Unit Manager for a full-time opportunity in Pennsylvania. You will lead nursing operations on an assigned unit, ensuring safe, resident-centered care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active PA RN license, BLS, and at least five years of nursing experience with two years in supervision. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative team environment to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or other healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Own full responsibility for resident care on the assigned nursing unit.
• Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote the highest possible level of function.
• Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting, with follow-up to leadership.
• Participate in facility committees and programs as directed by the Director of Nursing.
• Assist in development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff on the unit.
• Monitor compliance with care plans, regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care and continuous improvement.

$79k-$125K per year (all-inclusive)

Responsibilities for Unit Manager:

• Assume full responsibility and accountability for resident care on the assigned nursing unit.

• Oversee and coordinate resident care to promote the highest possible level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.

• Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting, with appropriate follow-up and communication to the Administrator and the Director of Nursing.

• Participate in facility committees and programs as directed by the Director of Nursing.

• Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and procedures based on identified clinical and operational needs.

• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff on the unit.

• Monitor compliance with care plans, regulations, and quality standards to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications for Unit Manager:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience required.

• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or other healthcare setting required.
