Job summary

Providence Park Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center in Mobile, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to coordinate and manage clinical services alongside the Director of Nursing. The role focuses on assessing resident needs and implementing comprehensive care plans in compliance with federal, state, and local standards to ensure high-quality care.

The position requires an Alabama-licensed RN with 1–3 years of supervisory experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and licensed by the State of Alabama.
• One to three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and manages clinical services with the Director of Nursing.
• Oversees nursing care and services provided to Residents.
• Assesses Resident needs and helps develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

Summary:

Plans, coordinates and manages the clinical services along with the Director of Nursing. Responsible for the coordination and of nursing care and services provided to Residents. Responsible for assessment of Resident's needs, assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive care plan to address the needs of each resident, in accordance with the organizational policies, current federal, state and local standards governing the facility, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Alabama and one to three years of supervisory experience
• Must be able to work in a fast pace work environment, long-term care facility or nursing home preferred
• Possesses good communication skills and have a positive attitude toward the residents
