LTCG is seeking an RN Unit Manager in the suburban area outside of Philadelphia, PA, to lead an acute and long-term care unit. The right candidate will supervise RNs and CNAs, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain compliance with long-term care requirements.

The role emphasizes staffing actions, strong communication, and leadership to maintain an excellent care environment and regulatory adherence across federal, state, and local standards.

Competenze

• Current RN license, preferably issued by the state.
• Demonstrated leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform functions per physical and environmental requirements.
• Take action to assure adequate staffing to provide resident care.
• Supervise and assess resident care and take appropriate action.
• Familiarity with Federal, State, and local long-term care requirements.

We have a great opporunity for a RN Unit Manager position located in the suburban area outside of Philadelphia, PA.

We are currently seeking a qualified RN Unit Manager to join our team, working on the acute and long term care unit.

The ideal candidate is someone with the qualifications that can lead the team of Nurses and CNA's in providing excellent resident care.

RN Unit Manager Qualifications:

• Current registered nurse license preferrably issued by the state of Delaware.
• Demonstrated competence in leadership, effective communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to perform functions as itemized in physical and environmental requirements of the job.
• Take appropriate action to assure adequate staffing to provide resident care.
• Supervise and assess resident care and take appropriate action.
