Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and others
• Review and implement nursing procedures and systems
• Assess and evaluate systems to ensure quality care
• Provide individualized nursing care using a systematic approach
• Contribute to guest assessments and care planning
• Evaluate responses to nursing interventions
• Administer medications and treatments appropriately

Qualifications

• Current state nursing license
• CPR certification; additional certifications preferred
• Management or supervisory experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred
