East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing in Marietta, GA is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Rehab Unit Manager, a leadership role guiding resident recovery and ensuring high-quality post-acute care. This full-time position offers flexible shifts with weekend differentials and the opportunity to influence patient outcomes.

You will supervise nursing staff, promote accountability and teamwork, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to uphold

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience (rehab or LTC preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage clinical priorities in a fast-paced environment.
