Job summary

A healthcare provider in Hagerstown is seeking an RN Unit Manager to oversee resident care and ensure high-quality nursing standards. Successful candidates will have leadership experience in long-term care and ventilator care. The position requires an active RN license in Connecticut. Qualifications

• Prior experience managing staff is preferred.
• Previous long term care RN Leadership experience is required.
• Previous ventilator care experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning.
• Participate in Quality Assurance meetings and submit required reports.
• Make daily rounds on assigned unit to ensure care needs are met.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needs for assigned unit.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Responsibilities
