Rooster Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for a 1st shift in Bennington, Vermont. The role oversees care and daily operations for ~50 residents in a skilled nursing facility, with a focus on staff supervision, care planning, and cross-team coordination.

The position offers a one-year contract, housing provided, and assistance with Vermont RN licensure. This leadership opportunity supports morning reports, QAPI participation, and collaboration with the Huntington's unit team.
