Crescent Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bennington, VT seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager to coordinate care on our Subacute/HD Unit and lead nursing staff in a warm, resident-focused setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a VT RN license, have 3+ years in long-term care, and 2 years of management experience. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is offered, with a strong compensation, benefits and PTO package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing medical needs of all residents.
• Responsible for Wound/Skin Rounds weekly.
• Assist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff.
• Evaluate the outcome of practice and standards of care.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
• Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of medical records and documentation.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring and orientation of new nursing staff to the unit.
• Staff oversight and coordination of care for the unit.
• Maintain flexibility with work schedule to address unpredictable needs.

Crescent Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in scenic Bennington, VT, is actively seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager for our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have prior experience coordinating delivery of care in a long-term care setting. A current VT Registered Nurse license is required.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating care on our Subacute/HD Unit.

DUTIES:

• Meet the nursing medical needs of all residents
• Responsible for Wound/Skin Rounds weekly

REQUIREMENTS:
