Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Jersey.
• Experience leading a nursing unit or similar role.
• Strong regulatory and quality improvement focus.
• Excellent communication and team leadership.
• Ability to coordinate care and manage resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care.
