Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA, is recruiting a Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator for the ICU. The RN unit Coordinator demonstrates proficiency in nursing practice for the ICU, provides clinical leadership for delivery of nursing care, and leads safety and quality initiatives in the department.

This full-time night shift (36 hours/week) role requires Virginia licensure, with ACLS/PALS or ENPC within one year of hire and BLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• RN-Bachelor’s Degree required.
• RN-Master’s Degree preferred.
• Virginia or Compact RN license in good standing.
• ACLS & PALS or ENPC within one year of hire.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.
• 18 months nursing experience required.
• BSN required; Master degree preferred if the graduate degree is not in nursing then the BSN is required.
