Piedmont Crossing is seeking an experienced RN Unit Care Coordinator to lead daily clinical operations in our skilled nursing environment in Thomasville, NC. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate has an RN license in NC, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred), and a commitment to person-centered care and professional development.

Qualifications

• RN license in NC required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee resident care services on the assigned unit.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff to promote clinical excellence.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to health status changes.
• Foster relationships with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide direct resident care as needed to ensure continuity of services.
