Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking a registered nurse leader to manage unit operations during the day shift. You will coordinate staffing, ensure safe patient care, and act as liaison to the multidisciplinary team, while supporting patient experience initiatives.

Required 1+ RN clinical experience, Associate's degree in Nursing, and RN license with BLS certification. Bachelor's degree preferred; Denver area facility offers growth and professional development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and coordinate unit operations during shift.
• Direct, organize and prioritize shift activities for patient care and staff.
• Ensure appropriate staff mix and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in hiring and staff development; conduct audits as needed.
