Job summary

Universal Health Services’ Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, CA seeks a Staff Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care on acute care units. You will assess patients, administer treatments, manage pain, and monitor invasive lines and drains, while upholding hospital policies and core values.

Responsibilities include fluid coverage across facilities within Southwest Health, with orientation and competency validation.

Qualifications

• One (1) year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility.
• BSN preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care with assessments, treatment and care on assigned units.
• Manage pain, invasive lines, and surgical drains and ensure care aligns with regulatory and hospital policies.
• Float between facilities within Southwest Health Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital as needed, with orientation and competency validation.

Education

Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program

BSN preferred
