Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) for Urology in Elmhurst, IL. The role is full-time, with 40 hours per week and office hours Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some travel to other locations is required to meet operational needs; flexibility in hours is expected for coverage.

The RN will conduct inbound/outbound telephone triage, educate and assess patients, manage immediate and ongoing needs, and assist with glucose monitoring, referrals, and exam room readiness.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association (AHA).
• Office RN and BSN preferred.
• Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress.
• Prolonged periods of standing/walking/sitting/bending/reaching/climbing and repetitive use of hands.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
• Able to effectively communicate in English, both written & verbal.

Responsibilities

• Phone triage, patient education and continuous Glucose Monitor placement, testing, insurance pre-authorization and referrals, clean and stock exam rooms.
