Job summary

Qualifications

• California RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Two years’ experience in direct patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage/assess and prioritize all incoming calls.
• Answer calls on a wide variety of topics for all ages and medical conditions.
• Document calls using Telephone Encounters and utilize EMR to gather information.
• Educate caller on self-help and home care strategies to reduce visits.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
